Techical Performance of Traction Machine Design

Rotating magnetic field as a sum of magnetic vectors from 3 phase coils.

An electric motor converts electrical energy into kinetic energy. The reverse task, that of converting kinetic energy into electrical energy, is accomplished by a generator or dynamo. In many cases the two devices differ only in their application and minor construction (more…)

Nanomedicine

Nanomedicine

NANOMEDICINE in present century is the potent output of nanotechnology. It could changes the path of doctors to treat various life threaten diseases. Nanomedicine could increases effectiveness and reduces side effects unlike the other painful therapy. The basic principles of this technique are based on targeted drug delivery using nanoparticles, proper diagnosis using sensors and micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) and to monitor in vivo bioch (more…)

Nanotechnology – Carbon Nanotube Electronics

Nanotechnology - Carbon Nanotube Electronics

Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) and graphene exhibit extraordinary electrical properties for organic materials, and have a huge potential in electrical and electronic applications such as sensors, semiconductor devices, displays, conductors and energy conversion devices (e.g., fuel cells, harvesters and batteries). This report brings all of this together, covering the latest work from 78 organizations around the World to details of the latest progress ap (more…)

Buckypaper

Buckypaper

Buckypaper is 10 times lighter but potentially 500 times stronger than steel when sheets of it are stacked and pressed together to form a composite. Unlike conventional composite materials, though, it conducts electricity like copper or silicon and disperses heat like steel or brass.

Buckypaper is made from tube-shaped carbon molecules, 50,000 times thinner than a human hair, that were first developed in the early 1990s. Buckypaper owes it (more…)
